Pre-Pointe exercise - Foot Articulation with Band

This is an exercise I learned from Lisa Howell on her youtube channel! Pointing the foot into a Theraband is less effective than you think, as sometimes it can cause some build-up of tightness under the arch. This is an alternative exercise to help dancers strengthen their feet, keep their ankles from sickling, and avoid the pain under the arch from too much over-strengthening.
