Position: facing the barre in 1st position, with a small loop band crossed twice to create a figure-8 shape. (you can also use a long resistance band tied with 2 small loops right next to each other.) Place the loops around each arch and spread the feet 6-8 inches apart.
Exercise: Dancer will elevé and lower slowly with the loops around their feet. Be very aware of the alignment of the feet while working this exercise.
