Pre-Pointe - échappé with temps levé

I love this jump exercise! I usually do it at the barre for younger dancers, and center for the older ones. It is hard even for dancers already en pointe. The combo itself is very simple - one echappé, and three temps levé on one foot, and then repeat on the other foot. The focus should be pushing into the ground and getting the foot all the way pointed!
