
Getting a Deeper Plié
Want to learn how to relax your ankles into a deeper demi and grand plié? Here's a great tip I learned and am excited to share with you!
note - this is not ideal for jumps, as you want a limited plie and mostly a nice spring to your jumps. But for adagio and pliés, the deeper and stretchier, the better!
