This exercise is one that I will give if I'm trying to give a shorter barre that has consolidated exercises. It brings Fondu and Rond de Jambe together nicely, and finishes with some cambrés and an attitude.
Fast Tendu with soussus
Set 1: 2 rond de jambe with plié, stretching to allongé. 4 rond de jambe a terre. 2 grand battement en rond, 1 grand rond de jambe. Reverse.
Set 2: Fondu and extend front, side, and back; hold to the back and penchée, hold to the end of the count. Reverse the fondus back/side/front and finish with a cambré back in extension. Close
Set 3: circular de hors and de dans cambrés. soussus and extend outside leg to attitude back to balance.
