En Cloche with attitude swings
This is a great exercise for opening up the hips and getting moving before faster larger stuff. I love the bit coming through passe as it really helps the student find their turnout.
1-3: en cloche front, back, front,
4: passé through to the back
5-8: repeat
1: attitude front and plié
2: close
(repeat side and back)
reverse from the back and soutenue.
