This is a great foot exercise! I use this a lot in my intermediate classes and my pre-pointe classes.
The 2 tempo versions are shown.
Repeat en croix, twice; 3 degagé, 4th degagé press to relevé at the same time; balance in extension, soussus, plié, and stretch.
