This is a great beginner level balançoire to help students feel the length of their leg, and their rotation.
Begin in tendu front;
1-4: 4 low balançoire back and front
5: balançoire back
6: plié
7: balançoire front
8: plié
Repeat with medium height
then,
Half tempo:
4 balançoire to tendu, 2 balançoire to tendu with attitude, soutenue to repeat.
